Default necro build needing some help.

Class: Necromancer / name one

Assumed items:
+1 to Soul Reaping
+2 to Blood Magic
+1 to Death Magic

Attributes: (cost)
Soul Reaping: 10+1 (61)
Blood Magic: 11+2 (77)
Death Magic: 10+1 (61)

Total attribute points used: 199/200

Skills:
1) Life Siphon (availability) - (10,2,2) For 23 seconds, target suffers health degeneration of 3 and you gain health regeneration of 3.
2) Life Transfer (availability) (elite) - (10,2,30) For 11 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of 7 which you gain as health regeneration. This is an elite skill.
3) Dark Aura (availability) - (10,1,10) For 30 seconds, whenever target ally sacrifices health, Dark Aura deals 38 shadow damage to adjacent enemies, and you lose 16 health.
4) Blood Renewal (availability) - (5,1,10) Sacrifice 33% max health. For 10 seconds, you gain health regeneration of 3. When Blood Renewal ends, you gain 141 health.
5) Dark Pact (availability) - (5,1,2) Sacrifice up to 10% health and deal 42 shadow damage to target foe.
6) Signet of Agony (availability) - (0,34,15) Sacrifice 10% max health and suffer from bleeding. All nearby foes take 39 damage.
7) Plague Touch (availability) - (5,34,0) Transfer a negative condition from yourself to target touched foe.
8) Touch of Agony (availability) - (5,34,3) Sacrifice 10% max health. Target touched foe takes 52 damage.

thx to the fog nightmare for this build idea.
key of this build is to focus around Dark Aura when in the middle of things.
when not in the middle of things, (non king of hill matches) just sit back and use your to DoT's and spam your dark wand damage, witch isnt much.
its a very risky build and the damage out put is not nearly as good as other builds, but its a cool concept if anything.

feel free to drop other skill options in here and good reasoning.

Demonic flesh might be a good way to get some more livability out of your build, also Order of Pain or Order of the Vampire are nice team-boosting skills, so you wouldn't feel so useless while enemies aren't clumped up, but they'll also be nice when they are.

Barbed signet is interesting, deals damage with technically no cost to you, but would also trigger your aura.. also useful at range, if enemies aren't close together... only downside is the long recharge.

you might want to look into taking some points out of soul reaping or death magic and place it into curses, curses do laot of damage over time and and stack with the blood magic DOT's, soul reaping is also good, but maybe at lev 5-6 with a +1 from a rune, remember max energy for a necro is 43, and most of your spells only cost 5, i think the higest you listed is 10, JMO tho

i did check into barbed signet. and actually it was implanted into this build before Plague Touch (witch took its spot)

i had decided over plague touch to get rid of the bleeding from Signet of Agony.

i was wondering if i should drop life transfer and grab
Aura of the Lich [elite]
For 24-53 seconds, your maximum health is halved, but you take half damage and half healing from all sources. When Aura of the Lich ends you're healed for 50-202 health.

hmm...
Enchantment - 15 energy - 3 cast - 30 recharge
